When I am at the gym time just fly’s by as I am pumping away iron feeling the blood rush through my muscles, this is better than any drug you can buy. Don’t get me wrong in the beginning it was hard, more of a chore then a pleasure but it is good for my body and all out health. Then after 3 years I started to get addicted due to the fact I started seeing real gains in my muscle definition and most of all my skin was so much healthier, my immune system is even going very strong. I started going to the gym when the world started going obese, which to be honest it is rising every day and is rather disgusting to be honest. I now feel better than ever my mind and body are connected. A lot of my friends have started going to the gym to make changes in their life after they seen that it could be done, they are also feeling and looking a lot better, they all have good things to say about hitting the gym.
There are a very small majority of people that actually love going to the gym and look at it like a hobby, I think it’s got something to do with the burn in your muscle when you push them as far as they can go, gets quite addictive. But it seems like the word gym don’t sound fun to most people more of a chore in the beginning like I felt. Exercise is a must do in everyone’s life at least 45 minutes a day, 4 days a week and that is enough to keep you fit and healthy feeling great/looking forward to your off days. Everyone should really look into the massive positives exercise has on your life through health, Fitness, mind & body connection, even your beauty and how you present yourself to others.
